CCPL Spooked Story Slam

Campbell County Public Library invites storytellers and story lovers to our Spooked Story Slam on Wednesday, October 23. 

Food-Truck Dinner: 6pm 

Suka Hibachi, ET Eats and Treats, and Wildheart Coffee Grab dinner from your favorite food truck to enjoy in the Wyoming Room while you wait for the story slam to begin! 

Spooked Story Slam: 7pm Have a spooky story to tell? Place your name in the hat before 7pm and be prepared to tell your six-minute, no notes, true, spooky story if our master of ceremonies, Michael Carver, draws your name as one of the night's 10 storytellers (see Rules for Storytellers CCPL Spooked Story Slam). 

Story Lovers: Enjoy goosebumps, laughter, and surprise, as you listen to your fellow Campbell Countians and their brushes with things we can’t explain! After all 10 stories are told, our judges will declare our first CCPL Spooked Story Slam champion and send everyone home with a little spine-tingling shiver. 

Best suited for high school age and up.
