If spending one day learning how to enhance your health, feel inspired about life, and upping your well-being and physical health sounds enticing, you may want to register for INSPIRE WYou Campbell County, planned for April 12th in Gillette. Sponsored by University of Wyoming Campbell County Extension, Community Vitality and Health Educator, Sara Olsen. The Saturday event will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the George Amos Memorial Building 412 S. Gillette Ave. A $40 per person fee includes lunch, snacks, learning and great conversation. Space is limited to 30 people. Please stop by the Extension Office to pay by April 9th. INSPIRE WYou Campbell County will be held on April 12th and will focus on health and inspiration while offering participants a chance to network with like-minded people. Motivational speaker, Norberto Orellana will kick off the day. Other speakers include Registered Dietitian Clea Brott, Pilates Instructor and owner of FJ Pilates Felisha Messimer will talk about Movement, Tamara Atkins from Pinnacle Bank will speak on Financial Well-Being. We will conclude the day with Terrarium making with our UW Extensions new Horticulture Program Coordinator Holly Harrison. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat if you have one! Attendees will feel rejuvenated and encouraged in their work and personal life.
