HDR provides engineering services throughout Wyoming, including municipal infrastructure improvements, municipal water and wastewater, solid waste permitting and design, water rights, water resource engineering, environmental permitting, transportation planning and design, and power delivery planning and design. Our growing Wyoming team includes three offices and more than 30 professionals from the region who understand the challenges facing local and state entities.
