Children’s Developmental Services is a Department of Campbell County Government. We use a wide range of public and private funding to provide early intervention/early childhood services for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, with and without developmental disabilities. We are accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Our organizational values are built on integrity that respects the value of each individual and promotes personal and professional growth of all who are associated with Children’s Developmental Services. It is our mission to promote the value of every child, so we may achieve our vision of providing comprehensive quality early childhood services for children and their families, so every child achieves their fullest potential.
